Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 225–Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 5–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27–BOR found that the RAA was not justified in allowing the appeal without considering the application u/s. 5–However, while allowing the appeal, the matter was remanded back to trial Court–Held, the matter should have been remanded to RAA–Prayer of the petitioner that the application under Order 41, Rule 27 would remain unatten-ded/unheard–High Court is not supposed to correct the minor errors of law committed by the subordinate Courts–Parties are free to take all permissible pleas and place the required documents in their favour.
