Sec. 151–Prayer to vacate the order of temporary injunction–Defendant filed the application under Order 39, Rule 4 instead of challenging the order–Appellant failed to show that on account of passing of injunction, he has suffered irreparable loss–Order of temporary injunction was passed after considering the reply filed by defendant no. 3 to the application under Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–It cannot be said that defendant no. 3 was not afforded due opportunity–Held, Trial Court has not committed any error in passing the impugned order.
