Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950–Sec. 69 r/w Sec. 54-A–While releasing the vehicle, amount of Rs. 25,000/- was directed to be deposited–Writ petition against–Alternative remedy u/s. 9-A is available–Held, petitioner can file the appeal before the competent authority and interim protection granted to petitioner in the present petition shall remain in currency till decision of appeal.
