Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 251A–Order of granting new way–Report of Tehsildar that no alternative way is available to the respondent to reach his agricultural land–It was observed by the BOR that no prejudice would be caused to the rights of petitioners if the said way is created from his agricultural land–Further, the way suggested by him was not the shortest way–Petitioner failed to demonstrate any point which proves that any error has been made in the impugned orders–Interference declined.
