Contempt of Courts Act, 1971–Sec. 12–Civil Contempt–Non-compliance of directions issued by Court–Respondent contemner no. 1 took the Court process for a ride and in a callous and casual manner–Both the contemnors failed to hand-over the vacant and peaceful possession in view of undertaking given by them before the Court–Held, contemner no. 1 is punished with the civil imprisonment of three months with fine of Rs. 25,000/- and contemner no. 2 is punished with the fine of Rs. 25,000/-.
