Criminal Trial–Last seen–Witness–Reliability–Witness H claimed that while working in the field, he ushered the deceased for making a phone call–Explanation by him that in the mobile of his Jamindar M, there was no balance, is not acceptable–Further, he admitted in cross-examination as regard to recovery of the body, however, he did not disclose this fact to the police–Contradictions in his police statements in regard to this fact–Further, neither the relatives made any reference to the mobile phone numbers of being used by the deceased nor the factum of having a mobile phone by him was proved–Furthermore, his version was not corroborated by M–Contradictory statements of other witnesses of last seen in regard to the story told by the witness–Statements of witness of last seen are not reliable.
