Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Secs. 13(1)(a), 13(3), 13(4), 13(5)–Eviction suit–Decreed on the ground of default in paying rent–Appreciation of–Admitted failure in paying the arrear and subsequent rent determined u/s. 13(4)–Defence of tenant was struct off–Plea of appellant tenant that the interim rent could not be determined beyond the period of three years–It is a mere irregularity which can be cured by the Court–Defendant did not challenge this order and now it is infructuous to examine this point–Decree of eviction confirmed.
