Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 70 & 71–Nature of provisions–Provisions provides only for the method/mode in which presence of accused can be procured before a Court to fact trial or otherwise–Grant of bail to an accused does not depend upon the nature of the made of process issued for his appearance–It would depend on the provisions of the bail bonds as provided in Chapter 33 and the well settled principle of law.
