Application for production of secondary evidence by claiming that the original will had been eaten away by termites–Dismissal of–Earlier, the application for same effect was filed and this Court had ordered to produce the will “in whatsoever it was”–Issue in regard to production of secondary evidence has already been became final and the order dated 7.1.2008 would operate res-judicata–Held, application was rightly dismissed.
