Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2006–Secs. 10, 11 & 13(1)–Order of detention–Appreciation of–Matter was addressed to Chairperson of Advisory Board with the grounds–Exercise was done within three weeks from the date of detention–Nothing on record to show that the petitioner submitted his representation, therefore, it cannot be said that the representation was not placed before the Advisory Committee for consideration–Detenue is involved in various criminal cases–Bonafide opinion has been made by the District Collector and Advisory Committee–Held, no illegality is found in the proceedings and order of detention.
