Commercial Courts Act, 2015–Sec. 15(4)–Order of granting the permission to file the written statement in the case, transferred before the Commercial Court–After the matter is transferred to the Commercial Court u/s. 13(2) wherein, the procedure for filing the written statement has not been completed at the time of transfer, the Commercial Court shall have the power and jurisdiction to prescribe a new time period for filing the written statement, irrespective of expiry of 120 days from the date of service of summons on the
concerned defendant–Interference declined.
