Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 306(4) & 439 [Corresponding Secs. 343(4) & 483 of BNSS, 2023]–All the co-accused persons against whom, the charge-sheet was submitted have been granted the benefit of regular bail but the petitioners have not been released on bail as they have became approver–They are in custody since 23.04.2024–Trial Court cannot defer the matter from one day to another unnecessarily–Petitioners are the foreign nationals–Trial Court is directed to pass appropriate orders on charges/discharge after hearing the arguments of all the sides and pass appropriate orders by fixing a date for this purpose within a period of four weeks.
