Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Secs. 17 & 70–Proceedings under–Sustainability–Temple was of private nature–Petitioners are not interested in getting the property registered as a Public Trust–Therefore, the provisions of Sec. 17 would not operate–However, the respondents can hold the inquiry u/s. 18 of the Act–If such a decision is taken, it shall not be hit by the limitation–Directions issued.
