Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923–Sec. 4-A–Award of interest–Direction of Commissioner that if the appellant does not deposit the award within 45 days then respondent will be entitled to claim interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of order–Directions are contrary to law–Even the claimant has not challenged the direction, he is entitled to get 12% annual interest from the date of accident.
