2001–Sec. 9–Prayer of petitioner that the rent note filed by respondent-landlord is forged and its photocopy cannot be held admissible in evidence–Dismissal of application–Order cannot be held faulted in view of provisions of Sec. 21, however, Tribunal is directed to consider the questions raised by the petitioner with regard to the document and decide the same along with the other application with the main eviction application finally within a period of four months.
