Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1994–Secs. 16 & 20(3)–Judicial seat of arbitration was expressed at a neutral venue i.e. Mumbai–Even though no part of the cause of action may have arisen at Mumbai, the jurisdiction would vest in Mumbai Courts with exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of regulating the arbitral proceedings arising out of the agreement between the parties.
