Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018–Sec. 8–Constitution of offence–As per the contents of charge-sheet, it cannot be said that the petitioner gave or promised to give an undue advantage to any person–Neither he induced any public servant nor he did reward any public servant for improper performance of public duty–Offence is not made out.
