Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Secs. 25F & 11A–Award of reinstatement by the High Court–Respondent-workman remained in service only for the period fron 01.10.1984 to 30.04.1986–Matter remained pending for a long time–It would be just and proper to award lumpsum monetary compensation to the respondent towards full and final satisfaction of his claim of reinstatement and other consequential benefits.
