Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Secs. 12 & 20–Validity of investigation is challenged on the ground that the officer who conducted the part of the investigation, was not legally authorised–Conclusive findings of High Court in regard to the guilt of accused–Nothing on record to show that any serious prejudice was caused to accused by reason of the investigation carried out–Interference declined.
