Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 325, 324, 323, 341, 148 & 149–Probation of Offenders Act, 1958–Sec. 4–Petitioners were given the benefit of Sec. 4 after recording the findings of conviction–Order was confirmed by the Appellate Court–No illegality or perversity is found in the findings recorded by the trial Court Petitioners were rightly convicted–No other criminal antecedents, therefore, the benefit of probation was also rightly given–Petition is liable to be dismissed with cost.
