Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13B(2)–Both the spouses are living separately for last almost two years with no formal ties of marriage between them–Remaining period of two months deserves to be waived in view of peculiar facts and circumstances of the instant case–Trial Court is directed to pass the final order on the petition for divorce by mutual consent.
