Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 210–Applicability–Cases lodged by the accused and victim were regarding different offences–Section is applicable in such cases where the complaint is lodged before the Court and there is the possibility of lodging the FIR by the police for the same incident–In the instant case, the accused-party filed the complaint which was forwarded u/s. 156(3)–Therefore, the provisions of Sec. 210 are not applicable.
