Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 384–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing the same–Allegation upto effect that the petitioner reached to Udaipur and forced the complainant to marry with him and threatened that if she will refuse, than he will make the whatsapp messages and obscene photographs of her viral on internet–Further, allegations for pressurising for coming to a particular place–Allegation contained in the FIR do constitute a prima facie case against the petitioner–Declined to interefere.
