Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 38–Suspension of Sarpanch–Set aside by the Single Bench–Special appeal–Locus standi for filing–Appellant is a member of Panchayat and he is holding the charge of office of Sar-panch–It cannot be said that he is completely unconcerned with the affairs of the Panchayat–He would at least have a locus, having interest in the affairs of the Institution to challenge the order including those orders which are passed in favour of a person against whom action has been taken by the competent authority on allegation of misconduct in discharge of his public duty and function.
