Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 465, 467, 468, & 120-B/511–Framing of charge–Justification–Allegation that some blank stamp papers were recovered from the possession of petitioner–Possession of a blank stamp paper by itself cannot give a rise to an inference that an attempt was made to use the same for preparing a fabricated document–Further, the preparation of above referred offences cannot to termed to be an offence–FIR is liable to be quashed.
