Practice & Procedure–Order of examination of defendants–Held, it should be in followed sequence-
(i) Those defendants who fully supports the case of plaintiff,
(ii) Those defendants who partly support the case of plaintiff, and
(iii) Those defendants who do not support the case of plaintiff.
