Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923–Sec. 3–Loss of phalanges of each of the fingers of the right hand–High Court reduced the disability up to 36%–Contention of appellant that he can not work as a forging machine operater–Appellant’s working hand has been seriously mutilated by the loss of one or more phalanges of four fingers–Though 100% disability cannot be assessed, it should be determined 50%–Amount of compensation enhanced accordingly.
