Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 115–Scope–Where first appellate Court records the findings of facts on a particular issue by appreciating the evidence, such findings are binding on the High Court while hearing the revision against such order–Interference can be made only in appropriate cases where the findings of fact are found to be wholly perverse or dehors to any provision of law or is recorded contrary to pleadings and evidence.
