Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954–Sec. 11(14)–Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 212–After allowing the petitioner’s application u/s. 212, he challenged the earlier orders by which the order of allotment was cancelled–In the appeals against the order of allotment, it was observed that the allotment was obtained by producing the wrong documents–Petitioner failed to proffer cogent evidence substantiating any impropriety in the impugned orders–He also failed to adequately proffer a rationale behind the protracted delay of fifteen years in preferring the appeal before the respondent no. 2 after the allotment was cancelled–Held, no justifiable cause exists for interference.
