Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 63–Will–Genuineness–Plea of appellant that the testator was a literate lady, where as her thumb impression is found on will–Both the attesting witnesses stated that the testator executed the will and made the thumb impression in their presence–Witnesses also
made their signatures in her presence–Will cannot be hold suspicious merely on the ground that the testator made the signatures on other documents and made the thumb impression over it.
