Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Irretrievable break down of marriage–Not a ground for divorce, however, a marriage which is dead for all purposes cannot be revived by the Courts verdict, if the parties are not willing–Irretrievable breakdown of marriage is a very weighty circumstance amongst other necessitating severance of marital tie.
