Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Rejection of plaint–Execution of sale deed was challenged on the ground that the son of defendant executed the pre-emption agreement in favour of plaintiff on the basis of power of attorney executed in his favour–Power of attorney was given to maintain and administer the suit property and not to enter into any sale agreement–Defendant was not bound by the act of her son–Relief claimed by the plaintiff was barred in view of restricted scope of power of attorney–Plaint was rightly rejected.
