Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015–Sec. 12(1)–Bail to juvenile–Nature of offence and merits of case have no relevance for granting the bail–Nothing on record to show that the release of petitioner is likely to bring him into association with known criminals or expose to moral or physical or psychological danger or that the release would defeat the ends of justice–Bail is granted subject to certain conditions.
