Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 46–Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 75–Land was recorded in the name of deity Shri Chatarbhuj Ji and subsequently it was mistakenly recorded in the name of the petitioner and other persons–SDO noticed this mistake in revenue inspection and recorded back the name of deity and the mutation entries in favour of petitioner and other persons were cancelled–Held, no ambiguity or infirmity is found in the impugned order.
