Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001–Sec. 30–Notification dated 30.06.2014–Notification reveals that three authorities have been entrusted with or delegated with the powers of Registrar except the excluded powers–Whether they would be entitled to exercise the powers including the powers u/s. 30 of the Act?–Held, no–Powers u/s. 30 are inalienable and inviolable and these cannot be delegated.
