Fatal Accidents Act, 1855–Sec. 1–Electricity Act, 2003–Sec. 161–Provisions of Sec. 161 do not deal with the award of compensation and nowhere provides that in case notice of the occurrence of loss or injury caused by the accident is not given to the electricity Inspector or to such authority, as the Appropriate Govt. may direct, the claimant/injured would not be entitled to compensation.
