Legal Services Authorities Act, 1985–Sec. 22A(b)–Public Utility Service–Inclusion of Housing and Real Estate Service–Ambit of–Housing and real estate Service in it’s sweep will not only take the dwelling units but the facilities necessary for enjoyment of the said dwelling units–Direction given by the Permanent Lok Adalat in relation to maintenance of the park and/or the area arount it, cannot be said to be beyond it’s jurisdiction.
