Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 201–Negative final report–Accepted by trial Court–Revision against–Dismissed–Postmortem report and FSL report are self conclusive–Death occurred due to drowning–No external injury–Viscera report does not indicate poisoning–Deceased was a jain saint–It is difficult to believe that the deceased was taken by someone to the height of 50 feet and thrown in the tank–CCTV cameras were not operational due to construction work–Merely because the deceased was not congenial with other saints, it cannot per se be concluded that it was a case of homicide–Deceased was a person of disturbed state of mind–Held, view taken by the Courts below was proper.
