Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–Rules 16, 20(1)(c) & 21–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 18(2)–Prayer upto effect that the names of petitioners should be added in the electoral roll of a particular panchayat–For registration in the electoral roll, a person must be ordinarily resident in a ward of constitutency of the Panchayati Raj Institution–Conflicting status of the record as regard to residence–Disputed questions of facts are involved in the matter–Petitioners are free the file the requisite appeal under Rule 21.
