Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 106–Landlord-tenant relationship–Establishment–Patta of the property was issued in favour of B–He transferred the property in favour of S who in turn transferred the same in favour of plaintiff–Electricity connection stands in name of plaintiff and water connection in name of S–These aspects are sufficient to come to the conclusion that the plaintiff has the ownership of property–Appellant admitted the fact of filing of criminal proceedings by the plaintiff against him–Plea sought to be raised seeking to deny the landlord-tenant relationship cannot be countenanced.
