Evidence Act, 1872–Secs. 45 & 73–Application for sending the certain documents for FSL examination–Dismissal of–Observation of Court below that the relevant facts as regards to the death of petitioner’s father have come on record–Court below has the discretion to consider the relevant facts on the bare reading of the application and all the documents which are sought to be referred to the Forensic Science Laboratory–The Court can come to the conclusion that such examination is not required–No illegality is found in the impugned order.
