Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21, Rule 32–While deciding the application under Order 21, Rule 32, Execution Court did not consider the documents regarding the acquisition of disputed land–Inadvertently, the documents were not placed before the Trial Court–Impugned order is set aside and Trial Court is directed to decide the respondent’s application afresh after taking the relevant documents on record.
