Constitution of India, 1950–Arts. 226/227–Limitation Act, 1963–Delay and latches–Extraordinary remedy of filing a writ petition is available subject to condition of filing in reasonable time–Though the provisions of Limitation Act are not applicable, yet, it can not be entertained after an unreasonable period.
