Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 27–Place of occurrence was already in the knowledge of police–There is no fact discovered in consequence of the information given under Sec. 27 of Evidence Act–Site plan Ex. P.11 & P.12 which were prepared in absence of any independent witness cannot be read against the appellant.
