Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88 & 183–Rejection of special appeal with a view that the question of limitation was not raised before the authorities below–Issue as regard to limitation was framed by trial Court–Further, the question was also agitated before RAA–Apparent error on face of record–Impugned order passed in appeal is recalled and appeal is restored to it’s original number.
