Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005–Sec. 2(f) of 3–Appellant entered into the relationship with respondent knowing the fact that he was a married person–Attempt to alienate the respondent from his family–Live-in relation cannot be held the relationship in the nature of marriage–Her status would not fall within the definition of domestic relationship u/s. 2(f)–Any act, omission or commission or conduct of respondent would not amount to domestic violence.
