Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Dismissal of–Instant second appeal–Case of appellant-plaintiff that the defendant encroached over the eastern side of his house and started digging the land–It was held by both the Courts below that he failed to prove his right, title or interest over the land in question and it was also held that the respondent did not raise any construction on the side of his property–There is no reason to say that the Courts below which arriving at their conclusion, have misconstrued the material evidence or have acted in disregard to the established principles of law–Interference declined.
