Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/149, 307/149, 147 & 148–Conviction of 21 accused–Six co-villagers are the eye-witnesses of the incident–At least three witnesses should be in a position to name individual accused persons for sustaining the conviction–Five appellants are acquitted because the claim of the informant in regard to their names are not found supported by more than one witness.
