Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986–Rule 15–Termination of mining lease–Agreement between the petitioner and private respondent in respect of the transfer of mining lease–It was admitted by petitioner himself–Petitioner moved the application for transfer of mining lease and, thereafter, it was withdrawn after a delay of ten months from the date of revocation of power of attorney–Reason of delay was not given–No inference can be drawn that the agreement dated 13-08-2010 was a forged document–it bears the signatures of petitioner and his sons–No previous consent was taken prior to execution of agreement dated 13.08.2010–Held, no illegality or infirmity is found in the impugned order.
