Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Suit for recovery of possession–Decreed by trial Court with the view that the plaintiff was in possession of land and he was illegally dispossessed by defendants–Issue in regard to possession was decided in accordance to the material available on record–Further, the conclusion that the defendant could not have been in possession, as claimed was necessary to be reached in order to answer the question of possession–No reason to disturb the findings reached by Courts below.
